Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Sale items and intimate wear (panties, bodysuits, etc.) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
How to Request a Refund

Once approved, we’ll provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
